Mission of the position
Reporting to the Head of Sales (Area Manager Iberia), you will be responsible for the expansion and consolidation of the customer portfolio, ensuring the achievement of the commercial objectives in Catalonia.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Catalonia.
- Manage and expand the existing client portfolio.
- Present and promote the company’s products, highlighting their benefits and applications.
- Advise customers in the selection of products according to their specific needs.
- Coordinate commercial visits and follow up on business opportunities.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events to strengthen the company’s visibility.
- Maintain updated information in the company’s CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team in the definition of commercial strategies.
Job Conditions
- Remote work mode with on-site visits to clients in Catalonia.
- Dedication of 80% of the time to commercial visits.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology…).
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales of technical products, preferably in the laboratory.
- Profile: Negotiator, proactive and autonomous.
- Other: Availability to travel, driving license and own vehicle (km and per diems are covered).
- Languages: Spanish (native/bilingual), English (intermediate).
