In Labbox Labware, we are looking for a professional for the position of Customer Service with native command of Spanish and advanced Catalan, to join our Customer Service Department in our offices in Premià de Dalt (Barcelona).

Main functions:
- Provide telephone and email customer service to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage and coordinate customer orders through the management system.
- Provide customers with detailed product information, including prices, delivery times, availability and technical specifications.
- Coordinate and track shipments and transports.
- Respond to customers’ daily needs and incidents.
- Support the department manager in administrative and operational tasks.
- Acquire a complete knowledge of the company’s internal processes.

Minimum requirements
Profile we are looking for:
- Customer orientation and teamwork spirit
- Methodical, decisive and highly organized person.
- Native level of Spanish
- Advanced level of Catalan
- Intermediate level of English is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
