In Labbox Labware, we are looking for an Administrative Accounting Manager for the Finance Department to join the team in our offices in Premià de Dalt.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Management of the customer billing process.
  • Sending invoices to public administrations.
  • Control and follow-up of the client portfolio.
  • Posting of purchase invoices.
  • Management of payments and collections.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Collaborate in other administrative tasks related to the department.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the functions described.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial management.
  • Good command of computer tools, especially Excel.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
