OUR STORY BEGINS IN 2005 IN MATARÓ, BARCELONA WITH AN IDEA: TO OFFER LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AT FAIR PRICES.
2006
Labbox starts its business in Spain with a catalogue of about 200 references.
2007

We created our brand specialized in liquid handling.
For the first time, we exhibited at an international chemistry trade fair in Expoquimia (Barcelona).
We reached 1000 customers in Spain.
2009
Bonjour, France ! Labbox is looking at other markets. We open a subsidiary in France.
We moved to a 1100m2 warehouse in Mataró.
We launched a new and improved e-commerce.
2010
We made our first appearance at an international trade fair outside Spain: Forum Labo 2010 in Paris.
In Spain, we continued to grow, reaching 2,000 customers.
2011
We added Labkem, our new own brand specializing in laboratory chemicals, to our catalogue.
Published our first chemicals catalogue.
Established our Export Department.
Released our first catalogue in English.
Participated for the first time in a trade fair outside Europe: Arablab 2011 in Dubai.
2012 - 2013
Distributors in 50 countries. 40% of the turnover is made outside Spain.
The team grows to 25 employees.
Demand Planning Software is acquired in order to increase the level of service.
Our new own brand specialized in laboratory equipment, LBX instruments, joins the catalogue.

We launched a new slogan: “lab supplies at fair prices”.
Labbox consolidates its export markets.
We launched 12 customized versions of the catalogue (with sales prices for Spain, France, Switzerland, Morocco, Belgium, Scandinavia, …).
New warehouse and offices in Vilassar de Dalt, with a total of 2000m2.

We present our new own brands: clink, astik’s, LBG, METRIA, Epibox, HDN ceramics, bb, BRANCHIA, GRYNIA and Onilab.
We launched our new websites in Spanish, French and English.
2020
Ciao, Italy! We open our subsidiary in Italy.
We add our own brand Gquence to our catalogue.
We present our new logo.
We launch our website in Italian.
2021
We moved to our new headquarters in Premià de Dalt, with a total of 5000m2.
2023
Hello Germany and the Netherlands! We opened subsidiaries in Germany and the Netherlands and launched the websites in German and Dutch.
We reached 5,800 references in our catalogue.
